Membership Fees
Please note, Membership fees are due on the 1st February annually and any member who has not paid their fees by the 28th February, is deemed without further notice to no longer be a member of the Club.
Under the constitution, any person who's fees are unpaid as at the 31st March must re-apply for membership and may be asked to pay an entrance fee and a fine.
Handicaps will be deleted from the golfnet server and please do not be offended if you are refused entrance to competitions.
You will also now be required to pay a green fee to use the course.
Captains Prize 2011.
This year the Captains Prize ( Mr Jim McCabe) will be played on Saturday the 27th August 2011.
Entry Fee for the Competition is e10 per player.
The format of the competition is an 18 hole single stableford qualifyer, with prizes being awarded for the 18 holes. Please note that all prizes are open to all members with the exception of the actual Captains prize which may only be won by those who qualify. Visitor prize for those with GUI handicap.
The top 12 scores and those tying for 12th place after 18 holes who meet the qualifying condition that they are not in their first year of paid membership, will then play an extra 10 holes. ( 1 to 9 +18th) commencing in reverse order of scores at 5.00pm.
This 10 hole score will be added to the original 18 hole score to determine the winner of the Captains Prize.
The time sheet below is set up with times from 8.00am to 12.00pm, this will allow those that can qualify for the playoff to be back in the clubhouse ready to go for the last 10 holes starting at 5.00pm. Visitors will be accomodated within the 8.00am/ 12.00pm time slots provided there is room
If you are supporting the competiton and are not in a position to qualify for the playoff you may play at a time later than 12.00pm.
The presentation of prizes will be after the cards have been counted on complettion of the competition and finger food will be available at a small extra cost.
